Rune of Lingering damage-over-time damage no longer interrupts flag captures in PVP.

Quests

Fixed a bug preventing the quest item for “Maisara Caverns: Master of Souls” from dropping in Mythic difficulty.

Grand Magister Rommath has now provided a portal to the Magister’s Terrace next to the Magister’s Missive for all those seeking knowledge through the Omnium Folio Weekly Quests.

Spells

Lighthook Grapple will now only appear as an extra action button for player-characters who are in Naigtal.
