With scheduled weekly maintenance in each region, we’ll make tuning adjustments that are primarily targeted at healer balance and Demon Hunter survivability in PvP.

Player versus Player

Demon Hunter Developers’ notes: Both Devourer and Havoc Demon Hunters have been more difficult to land kills against than intended. We’re reducing the potency of shared mitigation effects that are contributing to their survival. Demon Muzzle now reduces magic damage taken by 5% in PvP combat (was 15%). Glimpse now reduces damage taken by 25% (was 35%) while airborne after using Vengeful Retreat.

Monk Mistweaver Developers’ notes: We’re reducing Mistweavers’ ability to heal versus clumped targets in PvP since they’ve been outputting more healing than we’d like against pet classes. Way of the Crane now transfers 100% of Spinning Crane Kick’s damage into healing in PvP Combat (was 340%).
